Her passion is implementing a full functional mobility and strengthening program around ailments and orthopedic concerns, always with a conservative approach. I am from Cedar Rapids Iowa and earned a degree in Human Physiology from the University of Iowa in 2018. I have been active since I was young, playing softball, tennis, volleyball, competitive cheerleading, and finally found my passion in Olympic weightlifting. After realizing how much of a positive impact activity and fitness had on my life, I wanted to share that passion with others. In 2016 I received my personal training certificate and it changed my life.

Rich O’Neill has been a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as the International Fitness Professionals Association since 2001. He has accumulated over 30,000 hours of personal training experience working under and alongside world renowned fitness expert Sam Iannetta since 2004. Functional fitness workouts have inspired me to help people improve their lives through fitness. My husband and daughter fuel my passion and push me to be the best that I can be.

Christina has been working and training at Elite Functional Performance since January of 2016. Over these 5+ years she has learned the real meaning of functional fitness and how to train the body for day-to-day life and longevity. She has helped numerous clients recover from multiple ailments and has trained many women though all phases of pregnancy.
